On April 1, 2020 at approximately 10:00 PM, an unknown black male in his mid-20’s entered the Fellsmere Sunoco located at 2 S. Broadway Street and made several purchases with three stolen credit cards.

“After making the purchases, the suspect left in a vehicle believed to be a maroon-colored Honda Accord, unknown year,” Fellsmere Police Chief Keith M. Touchberry said in a statement.

The suspect was described as being approximately 5’8” or 5’9” tall and approximately 150-170 lbs. He wore a white t-shirt and black shorts with a white stripe.

Information about the items purchased and their amount is being \ withheld for investigative purposes.
