As we stated during our Sebastian Daily Newscast, the number of deaths in Indian River County and Brevard County are still climbing. This is something we need to keep an eye on.

Not much has changed today with data. Some of the numbers as the same as Monday.

The number of hospitalizations in Florida related to COVID-19 have dropped.

Sebastian is still far better than most other cities and counties in Florida. You can still live YOUR LIFE and be safe. Please practice social distancing, wash hands regularly, and wear a mask when unable to social distance.

  • Sebastian: 250 cases
  • Barefoot Bay: 12 cases
  • Micco: 4 cases
  • Grant-Valkaria: 21 cases
  • Fellsmere: 376 cases
  • Wabasso: 7 cases
  • Vero Beach: 1,780 cases (this number also includes Vero Lake Estates and other rural areas near Vero Beach)

Indian River County Coronavirus Cases

  • Cases: 2,639
  • Deaths: 56
  • Admitted to Hospital: 195

Brevard County Coronavirus Cases

  • Cases: 6,310
  • Deaths: 152
  • Admitted to Hospital: 473
