On Saturday, at approximately 2:30 a.m., deputies were dispatched to the 5300 block of U.S. Highway 1 in Grant about a disturbance, according to the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office.
A witness told deputies that Michael Jason Enck, 40, had thrown his girlfriend and his sister off the dock and into the water during an altercation, the affidavit said.
“Mr. Enck was screaming and yelling at his live-in girlfriend and his sister. Mr. Enck aggressively threw his live-in girlfriend and his sister off a dock and into the water,” the deputy said.
Enck’s sister told deputies that he was “aggressively yelling and screaming” the entire night until the time he threw them off the dock.
“The incident was witnessed by Mr. Enck’s mother,” according to the affidavit.
Deputies also located a phone in the bottom of the pool at the residence, which belonged to Enck’s girlfriend.
Enck was arrested and charged with two counts of Battery Domestic Violence. He was later released from the Brevard County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond.
