Cooler temperatures this week as rain chance increases

SEBASTIAN – We’ve had two beautiful weekends of sunny skies and warmer temperatures, but that will change slightly this week.

The rain chance for Monday increases to 50 percent in the afternoon and into the night. The high will be 85 degrees. There will also be wind gusts as high as 25 mph. The low tonight will be 62.

For Tuesday, expect rain in the afternoon and evening with a high near 75 degrees. A cold front will bring the night temperatures down to 49 and wind gusts of up to 20 mph.

Wednesday will be colder with a high near 66 degrees. We will have sunny skies, no chance of rain, and wind gusts of up to 20 mph. At night lows will be around 48.

Thursday’s high will be near 70 degrees with an overnight low near 54.

Things continue to warm up on Friday with a high near 76 with partly cloudy skies. The overnight low will be 61 degrees.

There may be some rain on Saturday, but we’ll update our forecast later this week.
