Last night, a cold front moved through Sebastian, bringing cooler temperatures and rain.
Rain will continue for Wednesday with a high only reaching 67 degrees. Winds will be northwest at 10 to 15 mph. Wednesday night’s low will be 58. Winds will increase overnight with gusts as high as 25 to 30 mph.
Thursday and Friday will have fewer showers with a high reaching 72 degrees and overnight lows near 63. Winds will be picking up with gusts as high as 30 to 35 mph.
Saturday and Sunday we will have an 80 percent chance of rain, and it will be windy. Wind gusts will reach 30 to 35 mph on Saturday, but only 10 to 15 mph on Sunday.
It’s not going to be a good weekend for boaters unless the winds and rain decrease. We’ll have more info during our next Sebastian Daily Newscast (Video).
As of right now, the rain will continue through Monday and Tuesday. We’ll have another forecast on Sunday.
