MICCO – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office says a 57-year-old man was found dead under the Sebastian River Bridge in Micco.
Investigators said the man likely died from a heroin overdose.
Sebastian Daily was at the bridge Thursday night but could not obtain any information from authorities at that time.
The bridge connects U.S. Highway 1 from Indian River County to Brevard County.
The Sheriff’s Office identified the man as Randy Cress, who was homeless.
