SEBASTIAN – Paul J. Woods, age 85 of Bare Foot Bay Florida (formally of Mashpee MA, Portland ME and Needham MA), passed away on February 10th, 2018.

He is survived by his four children (Paul Jr, Stephen, Tracy and Pamela), siblings (Kenneth, Jane, Ann, and William), former wife (Mary ‘Meade’), 6 grandchildren, in addition to many beloved nieces, nephews and friends.

Paul was predeceased by his parents Thomas and Dorothea, and his brother Thomas.

Paul was a lifelong entrepreneur – creating many successful businesses over the years. His resiliency and ‘PMA’ (positive mental attitude) were two of his most notable characteristics, along with a sharp wit and endless supply of antidotes and stories.

Paul will be laid to rest beside his brother Thomas in a private Spring 2018 ceremony.

Paul was truly loved and will be missed.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Paul’s honor to https://hispanicfederation.org/unidos, to support the Puerto Rico relief efforts.
