ShrimpFest and Craft Brew Hullabaloo event gets underway.

FELLSMERE – The 2017 ShrimpFest & Craft Brew Hullabaloo event will take place on the grounds of the Old Historic School House at 22 S. Orange Street in Downtown Fellsmere.

ShrimpFest will be held on Saturday, February 25th from 9:00-9:00 p.m., and Sunday, February 26th from 9:00-5:00 p.m. People from Sebastian and Vero Beach enjoyed last year’s event.

The festival will feature authentic Florida shrimp and Florida craft and homebrew beer. You can’t go wrong with both when it’s fresh.

What’s also unique about ShrimpFest in Fellsmere is that selective local restaurants will prepare their best recipes and compete for the Second Annual Golden Shrimp Award.

The festival offers free entry and parking. Shuttle buses will be available. There will be live music and plenty of activities for the kids.

The music lineup will include the following bands:

  • Atlantic Bluegrass
  • Nikki Talley
  • SoulJam
  • Betty Fox Band
  • Blue Cypress Bluegrass
  • The Porch Dogs
  • Wiley Nash Band

For the adults, you can experience the newest beers created by Craft Brewers at the Craft Beer Tasting Garden.
