Deputies say a 43-year-old woman was arrested Saturday after she ‘pinched’ and ‘slapped’ a male victim on his back.
The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office received the call at approximately 2:00 a.m. about a disturbance at the 400 block of Marlin Circle in Barefoot Bay.
Jamie Dawn Carrillo is accused of attacking the victim. Carrillo and the male victim have been together for 20 years and share a child in common.
“Based on the statements of the parties involved, as well as the marks on the victim, I am able to determine the defendant intentionally pinched and slapped the victim on his back,” the deputy said.
Carrillo was charged with Battery Domestic Violence and transported to the Brevard County Jail.
