A Snapchat post threatens the Storm Grove Middle School in Vero Beach, Florida.

VERO BEACH – The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a picture posted on Snapchat of two guns, according to Major Eric Flowers.

“Ready for school Monday,” the caption read on the photo.

The picture was then shared on Facebook to spread awareness to parents about a possible threat on Monday.

Since it’s an active investigation, Flowers couldn’t tell us more details.

Just last week, Vero Beach High School was on lockdown after a student posted a picture with a threat. There were no weapons in involved or recovered. The student was taken into custody.
