At approximately 3:40 p.m., the Sebastian Police Department responded to a stabbing at the Sebastian Skate Park, located at 1126 Barber Street.
“There was a person stabbed during an altercation at the Skate Park,” Lt. Timothy Wood told Sebastian Daily.
According to witnesses, the victim was stabbed multiple times in the lower back.
The victim was transported to Sebastian River Medical Center and then flown to Holmes Trauma Unit in Melbourne.
“We are still investigating,” Wood said.
