The Richard Phillips Down Biker Fund will be hosting its 3rd Annual Butterfly Release on Sunday, November, 24th 2019, from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at Earl’s Hideaway Lounge.

What is a butterfly release?

The butterfly release is a unique way for friends and family members to honor and remember their loved ones who have passed.

How to purchase your butterfly

Some butterflies will be available for purchase for $20 on the day of the event. However, to guarantee you get one, you should pre-order it from a Richard Phillips Down Biker Fund member or go to Paypal and under [email protected] please type (Butterfly) in the comments section.

How it works

Each butterfly is individually packaged and handed out to each participant. When the time comes, everyone opens their envelope, says a prayer or wish, and releases their butterfly into the sky.

Richard Phillips Down Biker Fund Mission Statement

As motorcycle enthusiasts and riders, we are keenly aware of the obstacles and dangers that we face every time we ride. Every single one of us has known or is someone who has gone down and loved someone who did not get back up.

Their goal as a 501c3 organization is to help alleviate some of the immediate financial stress associated with the aftermath of a catastrophic motorcycle accident. President Robin Phillips knows firsthand, no one should ever know the pain of feeling alone in their struggle to cope during those first days following a life-changing accident.

Earl’s Hideaway Lounge is located at 1405 Indian River Dr, in Sebastian.
