Most people have already seen the old State Farm building being torn down in Sebastian. Verizon will be building a new store on the property. The decision to tear down the old building came when inspectors saw structural damage.

So, who will be going into the building across the street, which used to be a bait shop a few years back?

Well, an AT&T store, of course. Now, being that the building is so old, we can guess that AT&T might be tearing it down next.

The building used to be a Stuckey’s with Texaco gas pumps. In the black & white photo, they were just paving U.S. Highway 1 in Sebastian. People used to stop in for gas, drinks, and food when traveling.

Sebastian will soon have two mobile stores directly across from each other.
