INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Indian River County Council PTA has elected Michael C. Marsh as its new vice president, returning a former president to the organization’s leadership.
Marsh previously served as president of the county council and as its secretary. During his presidency, he became the first leader to ensure every local unit had an active PTA.
His educational background includes an associate of arts, an associate of science, and a bachelor of applied science from Indian River State College, as well as a master of business administration from Florida Atlantic University. While at Indian River State College, he served as student government president.
Marsh has also held other district-level roles. He was selected as the school district representative for the MPO and served on the social studies and student code of conduct committees.
Marsh is active in advocacy work at multiple levels. He is the founder and executive director of Team Success Enterprises, a Vero Beach nonprofit that addresses critical social challenges through education, coordinated support and direct relief for underserved individuals and families in Indian River County.
The Indian River County Council PTA said it is proud to announce the election and is encouraging the community to give Marsh a warm welcome back to the organization.
