SEBASTIAN — Capt. Hiram’s Resort Blackfin’s Restaurant is celebrating the start of Florida lobster season with their own Lobster Week from Aug. 5 through Aug. 11. Chefs at the waterfront restaurant will feature a different lobster dish each day.
The specials range from classic lobster rolls and fried lobster tacos to lobster mac and cheese and lobster pot pie.

Wednesday, Aug. 5
- Lobster & Shrimp Scampi, $38
- Lobster meat and jumbo shrimp in a white wine, citrus and garlic butter sauce, served over fettuccine with toasted garlic bread.
Thursday, Aug. 6
- Lobster Grilled Cheese, $29
- Lobster meat with Havarti and cheddar cheeses on buttered sourdough, served with crispy French fries and a side of butter.
Friday, Aug. 7
- Lobster Roll, $29
- Lobster meat with celery and chives, served warm in a toasted split-top roll.
Saturday, Aug. 8
- Lobster Mac & Cheese App, $29
- Lobster meat and cavatappi pasta in a cheesy cream sauce topped with toasted panko.
Sunday, Aug. 9
- Lobster Salad Club, $29
- Lobster salad with crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato and remoulade aioli on toasted sourdough, served with crispy French fries.
Monday, Aug. 10
- Fried Lobster Taco, $29
- Battered lobster meat with cabbage, cilantro aioli and cotija cheese in flour tortillas, served with rice, black beans, fresh salsa and lime.
Tuesday, Aug. 11
- Lobster Pot Pie, $38
- Lobster meat, mixed vegetables, potato and peas in a rich lobster cream sauce, topped with a homemade cheddar biscuit.
