SEBASTIAN – Ritter Van William Cyphers IV, 33, of Sebastian, died Jan. 5, 2018. He was born in Sebastian and was a lifelong resident of the area.

Ritter was a self-employed painter.

He was a graduate of Sebastian River High School.

Survivors include his mother, Dorene Cyphers, of Grant, Fla.; sister, Megan Duncan, of West Palm Beach; aunt, Cheryl Tomas, of Vero Beach; and cousin, Alexis Tomas, of Palm Bay.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ritter Van William, Jr.
