This is an update on coronavirus cases in Sebastian, Florida. This report also contains COVID-19 data for Indian River County and Brevard County.

There’s another COVID-19 related death in Indian River County. The latest patient was an 81-year-old man. We don’t have any other information.

We are currently in Phase 1 of Florida opening. Phase 2 could be in less than 10 days if the daily numbers continue to drop.

Indian River County has a population of 154,000. The patients are 49 men and 42 women between the ages of 8 to 94.

Brevard County has a population of 590,000. The patients are 160 men and 175 women between the ages of 1 to 94.

  • Hospitalizations: 52

Cleveland Clinic, Indian River Hospital, is providing drive-through testing by appointments from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week. To make an appointment, call the hospital at 772-226-4846.
