SEBASTIAN – This Friday, August 11th is the 2017 Sebastian Grill Out Night from 5:30-8:00 p.m. rain or shine.

The Sebastian River Area Chamber of Commerce is firing up a sizzling summertime event that’s coming back after a two-year hiatus.

This family-friendly event invites locals to get out and visit participating businesses during the notoriously slower months of summer.

It is designed to spark activity and interest in our local Sebastian establishments and provides a perfect opportunity for retailers and restaurants to extend some customer appreciation.

Many locations will be providing music, face painting, raffles, and other entertainment.

Summer sales and specials will also be available at most locations and event-goers will be able to savor deliciously grilled nibbles as they stroll from business to business.

There are 34 local businesses, including the Sebastian Police Department and Sebastian River Area Chamber of Commerce, participating in the event.

This year’s Grill Out Night is Pineapple Palooza!

Businesses are encouraged to incorporate pineapple into their treats and drinks, and participants can also carve pineapple into unique sculptures.

It’s a fun way for businesses to get creative with their offerings.

There will be savory pineapple salsas, sweet pineapple beverages and desserts, and beautiful pineapple creations for everyone to enjoy.

You can pick up a complete list of businesses and a map directly at the Sebastian River Area Chamber office located at 700 Main Street.

Or, you can wait until Friday and pick up the list and map at participating businesses.

See you at the Sebastian Grill Out Night this Friday.
