VERO BEACH — The Treasure Coast Homeless Services Council has named Michael Marsh the recipient of its 2026 “In His Shoes Shelter Partner Award.”
Marsh is founder and executive director of Team Success Enterprises. The award recognizes his leadership and advocacy in support of shelter services and his work with people facing homelessness and housing instability across the Treasure Coast.
Council officials pointed to Marsh’s record of bringing organizations together. He focuses on sharing ideas, resources and practical solutions rather than working in isolation. That approach has helped strengthen the region’s collective response to housing challenges, the council said.
Marsh’s efforts center on creating opportunities for the homeless. His partnership with the Homeless Services Council has supported broader initiatives aimed at individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
The “In His Shoes Shelter Partner Award” honors those who contribute to shelter services while building the kind of community cooperation that produces lasting results. Marsh was selected for his consistent work in both areas.
The council thanked Marsh for his ongoing leadership and partnership as the organization continues its mission of addressing homelessness through coordinated local action.
