Celebrate DOGust with H.A.L.O. No-Kill Rescue – Dog Adoption Fees Waived

DOGust is the official birthday of all rescue dogs, and H.A.L.O. No-Kill Rescue is celebrating by waiving all dog adoption fees from Thursday, August 5th, through Saturday, August 7th. All you have to pay is a $25 application fee.
