Top Gym of Sebastian is now offering group classes with five new, experienced instructors as part of its fitness lineup, and is the only gym in Sebastian accepting health insurance from new clients.
The fitness center is now offering Zumba, senior fitness, boxing, kickboxing, booty booster, boot camp, yoga, and mat Pilates. The expanded lineup provides options for all ages and fitness levels, from high-energy dance and combat workouts to gentle senior-focused sessions and mindful movement classes.

Zumba Instructor – Veronika Thios
Veronika has taught Zumba since 2016 and brings high energy, passion, and enthusiasm to every class.
A lifelong lover of music and dance, she became an instructor to share the joy and excitement fitness gives her. She makes exercise fun and motivating, and she creates a welcoming space where participants at all levels dance, move, burn calories, and enjoy their workout.
She radiates an upbeat personality and contagious energy. Veronika helps members grow stronger, healthier, and more confident while enjoying a great time.
Senior Fitness & Booty Instructor – Lena Santos
Lena leads a one-hour Senior Fitness class at Top Gym that strengthens participants, improves balance and mobility, and boosts overall wellness in a supportive environment.
She also leads a Booty Booster session that features 20 minutes of abs exercises, 20 minutes of booty work, and 20 minutes of cardio. This session strengthens the core, shapes the glutes, and boosts cardiovascular fitness, especially for seniors staying active.
All fitness levels are welcome. The class encourages everyone to move, have fun, and feel their best.
Boxing & Kickboxing – Rage Ng
Rage Ng, a former professional MMA fighter and experienced combat sports coach, leads boxing and kickboxing classes at Top Gym of Sebastian. He helps participants of all levels build strength, confidence, discipline, and real-world fighting skills. With extensive experience in mixed martial arts, boxing, kickboxing, strength and conditioning, he combines technical expertise with high-energy coaching.
Additionally, Rage serves as head coach of The EYR Division (Engage Your Rage) and holds a professional coaching license from the California State Athletic Commission in MMA, boxing, and kickboxing.
Boot Camp – Missy Elward
Missy Elward, a NASM-certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with over 25 years of experience, builds people’s strength, confidence, endurance, and long-lasting results.
The energizing strength and conditioning Boot Camp session welcomes all fitness levels and develops lean muscle, boosts cardiovascular conditioning, enhances athletic performance, increases endurance, and builds confidence in a supportive group setting.

Yoga & Mat Pilates – Donna Ranson
Donna brings more than 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry to Top Gym of Sebastian.
She teaches yoga and mat Pilates, has over 200 hours of training, and is a certified personal trainer. She helps people build strength, improve balance, increase flexibility, and enhance overall wellness. Her specialties include integrated core training, integrated balance training, women’s fitness, yoga, and mat Pilates.
She has a well-rounded approach that helps clients move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. Her welcoming and supportive teaching style guides both those new to fitness and those striving for the next level, helping everyone enjoy the journey.
