If you have $1,475,000, you could own your own bowling alley in Sebastian, Florida. The Strike Zone Entertainment Center, located at Chesser’s Gap Shopping Center on Fleming Street, is listed for sale.

The 26,720 square-foot business has been a family bowling and entertainment center since it opened in 2017. They host some popular leagues in Indian River County.

Strike Zone has 14 lanes for bowling, a full liquor bar, and a full-service restaurant with seating for around 120 customers. 

The entertainment center boasts a golf simulator, pool tables, dart lanes, a 3,000 square-foot laser tag arena, a party/conference room, and an arcade featuring 42 interactive games, merchandise displays, and a redemption counter. 

The $1,475,000 price does not include the building. The rent is $17,000 per month. However, the structure and its tenants (including a Family Dollar store) with 7 acres of land are available for $5,675,000.
