The Sebastian River Area Chamber of Commerce (SRACC) held its Annual Awards and Installation of Board Luncheon in the Tiffany Room at Capt Hiram’s Resort on October 10, 2023. The Chamber honored business leaders in the community who have demonstrated through involvement and action their belief in the SRACC Mission Statement.
The awards awarded were as follows:
- 2023 Chamber Member of the Year: Micky Decker, A Better Solution Insurance Services.
- Bob Morgan, Marine Bank, and Dawn Biehl, Tiki Bar & Grill: 2023 Director’s Award.
- 2023 Entrepreneur of the Year Award: Anthony Castaldi, MSMD Perceptions, LLC
- 2023 Beautification & Renovation Award: Kathleen & Roger Birt, Woody’s Bar-B-Q
- 2023 Chamber Volunteer of the Year: Paula Sue Barker, Mac Evoy Real Estate Co.
- 2023 Tourism Award: Capt. Bob Montuoro of Capt. Bob’s Airboat Adventure Tours
- 2023 Ambassador of the Year Award: Cindy Williams, Primerica Financial Services
- Chairman’s Award for 2023: Nichole Johanson, Mel Fisher’s Treasure Museum
- Posthumous Lifetime Achievement & Community Service Award: Steven Lulich, Lulich & Attorneys.
Following the Awards presentations, the Chamber swore in its 2023-2024 Officers and Board Members:
