It had been a while since we had eaten at Taste of Asia, so we figured they were due for a lunch review. We went in for a late lunch as we like to avoid crowds.
We were promptly seated, and our drink orders were taken soon after. The Taste of Asia menu can be overwhelming with so many food options.
We ordered the Coconut Shrimp as an appetizer. The plate came with six large fried shrimp with coconut. There is also a dipping sauce, but they will bring you any sauce you want. We were very happy with coconut shrimp.
For our lunches, we ordered the Hibachi Fried Rice and General Tao’s Chicken. Both lunches came with a choice of soup. I chose the clear broth, and my wife ordered Miso. Both were delicious.
The General Tao’s Chicken was tender, and the vegetables were fresh. This meal was served with Jasmine rice.
The Hibachi Fried Rice was delicious and was the perfect portion size. The meal was served with steak, rice, and vegetables.
These two meals were selected from the Traditional Lunch menu. They also serve Sweet & Sour Chicken, Pad Thai, Thai Style Coconut Red, and Spicy Drunken Noodles.
You can also order shrimp, salmon, scallops, filet mignon, and other food items from the menu.
Taste of Asia is located in the Village Square Shopping Center at 925 Village Square Drive, in Sebastian. They have both inside and outside seating. When the weather is a bit cooler, the outside seating is delightful.
