Koji Japanese and Thai Restaurant, where the Siam City Thai & Sushi was previously located, has been open for about three weeks now. We arrived at the restaurant on Thursday for lunch. They serve Japanese, Sushi, and Thai meals, seven days a week.
We started with the Krab Rangoon for our appetizer. It is deep-fried wontons filled with Kani and cream cheese and a sweet & sour dipping sauce. They were very tasty.
Next, I ordered the Fried Rice with shrimp. It consists of stir-fried egg, carrots, broccoli, tomato, onions and scallions with Thai special sauce. You can choose from either wonton soup or salad. I chose the wonton soup, and it also came with a Thai spring roll. I was delighted with my meal.
My husband ordered cashew nuts, which is made up of stir-fried onions, scallions, carrots, mushroom, cashew nuts, and celery with brown sauce. He chose the salad as his side. They have the same ginger dressing as Kata Japanese & Thai Resturant in Vero Beach. It is delicious!
Lastly, for dessert, we ordered the Thai Donuts. I was not quite sure what to expect as I have never ordered dessert at a Japanese and Thai Restaurant before now. The Thai Donuts are called Pa Thong Ko in Thailand. They were very light, soft, and delicious.
The servers were helpful and friendly. The prices are very responsible; our total bill for all of the food I discussed was $34.24. We will most definitely be revisiting this new establishment soon.
