Many Halloween celebrations are going on in and around Sebastian. Whether you are into haunted houses, pumpkin carving, scarecrow building, pony rides, trunk or treating, or costume contest, you won’t be disappointed with all of the activities Sebastian has to offer.

40th Annual Haunted House “Terror on Main Street

The 40th Annual Haunted House “Terror on Main Street,” hosted by the GFWC Sebastian River Junior Woman’s Club’s, will be October 16th, 17th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st. Opens at 7:30 pm. Admission is $10. COVID masks are required. No Halloween mask please.

2nd Annual Trunk or Treat w/Classic Car Show

Sebastian Sandwich Shack and Grill is teaming up with the Classic Car Club to offer a Trunk or Treat you won’t want to miss. It will be Tuesday, October 27, 2020, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Sebastian Sandwich Shack located at 482 US-1, in Sebastian.

Pumpkin Carving/Decorating & Scarecrow Building Contest

LaPorte Farms is offering pumpkin carving/decorating and a scarecrow building contest on Sunday, October 18, 2020, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm sponsored by Luna’s One Stop Shop. Participants can buy a pumpkin to decorate or bring clothes and accessories and build a scarecrow. Hay will be provided, and pumpkins will be available for sale in LaPorte Farms pumpkin patch. Prices may vary depending on size.

LaPorte Farms is located at 7700 129th St, in Sebastian.

LaPorte Farms Fall Festival

LaPorte Farms will also be having a Fall Festival on Saturday, October 24, 2020, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Admission at the front gate will be a $1 donation. The fun fall festival will offer pony rides, a mechanical bull, face painting, hayrides, critter feeding, photo ops, and more.

Food and beverages will include popcorn, cotton candy, Italian ice, hamburgers, and hotdogs. If you would like to be a vendor at this event, you can register online.

Trunk or Treat in Barefoot Bay

Little Theater of Barefoot Bay will be sponsoring a Trunk or Treat Spooktacular on Saturday, October 31, 2020, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, at the walking trail just East of Building A/Pool #1. (625 Barefoot Blvd, in Barefoot Bay)

1st Annual Tent or Treat at LaPorte Farm

Tent or Treat with LaPorte Farms will be Saturday, October 31, 2020, 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm at 7700 129th St, in Sebastian. Bring your tent/table decorate it. Advertise your business and give out candy and treats to the ghost and goblins. The tent or treat will have prizes for the best costumes and the best-decorated tent.

Halloween “Trunk or Treat” at Pelican Landing

Join Pelican Landing Assisted Living and Memory Care on Halloween, Saturday, October 31, from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm, for their annual “Trunk or Treat.” Please park at St. Sebastian Catholic Church, adjacent to Pelican Landing for this event.

H.A.L.O No-Kill Rescue is Waving Adoption Fees for Halo-ween

H.A.L.O No-Kill Rescue is waving their adoption fees for Halo-ween October 31, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm at both of their locations. The $25 deposit still applies.

So, visit their Sebastian location at 710 Jackson Street, or their Vero Beach location in the Indian River Mall.

Halloween Trunk or Treat with the Fellsmere Riding Club

The Fellsmere Riding Club will be hosting Trunk or Treating on Saturday, October 31, 2020, at 5:00 pm at 13101 99th St, in Fellsmere.

They are looking for volunteers to hand out candy. If you would like to help, call (772) 473-0989.

Halloween Costume Party at American Legion

American Legion Sebastian Post 189 will be having a Halloween Costume Party on Saturday, October 31, 2020, from 7:00 pm to 1:00 am.

Costumes are recommended but not required.

Eat, Drink and Be Scary at Capt Hiram’s on Halloween Night

Capt Hirams will not be having their traditional costume contest and Halloween party; however, they will be having a scary good time!

They will have live music, raffles, and prizes all night long! Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at $1 each, and the proceeds benefit Treasure Coast Community Health. Prizes include 1 night stays at Capt. Hiram’s Resort and Best Western Plus Sebastian, Capt. Hiram’s Resort gift cards and merchandise bundles.

Live music starts at 7:00 pm with Head Rush.
