Our weekend events include college and NFL football, halloween costume contests, and plenty of live entertainment throughout Sebastian, Florida.

Friday, October 25th:

  • 8:00 a.m. – Rummage Sale at St. Elizabeth’s Episcopal Church
  • 3:30 p.m. – Iris at Capt Hirams Sandbar
  • 6:00 p.m. – Nitefire at The Old Fish House in Grant
  • 6:00 p.m. – Bike Night Round #5 w/Riptide on the River Rocks at Captain Butcher’s Seafood Grille & Marina
  • 6:00 p.m. – Buck Barefoot at Outriggers Bar & Grill
  • 6:00 p.m. – James Broxton & The Essence of Sound Band at Crab Stop of Sebastian
  • 6:30 p.m. – Family Movie Night (Hotel Transylvania 2) at Riverview Park with the Sebastian Police Department
  • 6:30 p.m. – Blue Cypress Bluegrass – Lively Band at Marsh Landing Restaurant, in Fellsmere (Please make Reservations)
  • 7:00 p.m. – Johnny & the Blaze at Tiki Bar & Grill
  • 7:00 p.m. – Remember When at Barefoot Bay Lounge
  • 7:00 p.m. – Mash-o-Ween w/ Anna & Will at Mash Monkeys Brewing Co.

  • 1:00 p.m. – 1st Ever Trunk or Treat at The Strike Zone Entertainment Center

  • 3:00 p.m. – Halloween Party at Sebastian United Methodist Church

  • 6:00 p.m. – Bats & Boos at the Barber Street Little League Fields
  • 7:00 p.m. – Positive Chaos at Mash Monkeys Brewing Co.
  • 7:00 p.m. – Halloween Party w/ TC & Sass – Prizes for Best Costumes at Pool 1 Barefoot Bay (Must have a BFB Resident Pass or Guest Pass)
  • 7:00 p.m. – Sean Tarver Project at Tiki Bar & Grill
  • 7:30 p.m. – Minglewood Performs at Pareidolia Brewing Company (Beers are only $4 when you wear a costume)
  • 7:30 p.m. – GFWC Sebastian River Junior Woman’s Club 39th Annual Haunted House at 1036 Main Street, in Sebastian
  • 7:30 p.m. – Halloween Party w/ Costume Contest at Captain Hirams Sandbar
  • 8:00 p.m. – Annual Halloween Party w/Costume Contest at The Old Fish House

Andy Hodges was born in Annapolis, Maryland, and grew up living on the Loxahatchee River in Jupiter, Florida. He has been a radio and TV personality since the mid-1980s. He has worked for WFLX-TV (Fox 29), WIRK, WLIZ, WIXI, WKSY, WRMF, and others. In 1994, Andy took a break from broadcasting and was a software and systems engineer for various companies in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2002, he moved back to Florida and settled in Sebastian, where Andy's family has lived for over 45 years. He returned to the broadcasting sector in 2005. Andy joined Sebastian Daily as our editor-in-chief in 2016.
