VERO BEACH — Overpass Arena will host two nights of bull riding, ranch bronc riding and live music during the Hurricane Alley Blowout on Sept. 4 and 5.
The event is the third stop on the 6th Avenue Jewelers Luxury Watch Series, in which riders compete across four rodeos for a chance to win a Rolex at the end of the season. Organizers say the weekend will include a futurity calf showcase along with the main riding events.
Gates open both nights at 5 p.m. Rodeo action begins at 7:30 p.m.
Saturday’s schedule adds live music. James Holler is scheduled to perform at 5:30 p.m. before the rodeo. Colby Lee Swift is set to take the stage after the final ride.
“This is the kind of weekend we built Overpass Arena for,” Overpass Arena officials said in a statement. “Big bulls, great music, packed stands and families having a good time together. If you’ve never been to a rodeo before, this is the one to come see.”
Tickets are $35 for general admission and $75 for VIP. VIP tickets include access to the arena’s elevated three-story viewing deck and designated seating. Tickets are on sale at OverpassArena.com.
Overpass Arena is a Vero Beach venue that hosts rodeo and western entertainment events on the Treasure Coast.
