Sebastian River Rowing believes that once you experience getting in a boat and out on the water, you will be hooked and want to learn more about rowing. With that in mind, they are offering free rowing lessons for anyone in grades 5-12.
Students will learn about the sport, team, and equipment. Then, they will get on the water and take their first strokes.

You Will Need to Bring
- 2 Filled Water Bottles
- Sneakers and a pair of sandals/flip flops
- A towel
- Tighter fitting shorts and shirt
- Hat/Visor
- Sunglasses
