Humane Society of Vero Beach Offering $5 Neuter Surgery

VERO BEACH – For today only, the Humane Society of Vero Beach and Indian River County (HSVB) announced it will offer $5 neuter surgery for male dogs belonging to Indian River County residents.

Large-breed and “blocky-headed” dogs will be given first preference however small male dogs will also be neutered in Vero Beach if space is available.

Dogs without proof of a current rabies vaccination will be vaccinated for an additional $10.

Surgeries will take place at the Humane Society on August 14th; however, space is limited, and reservations must be made in advance by calling the Humane Society’s Animal Wellness Clinic at (772) 388-0801.

The Humane Society is located at 6230 77th St., Vero Beach.

The HSVB is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping and protecting the animals of Indian River County.
