Weekend Weather in Sebastian: Chance of Thunderstorms, Hot Temperatures

We could use a little more rain in paradise, and we have a lot coming, but hopefully, it will help cool down the hot temperatures.

Get this, the heat index on Saturday is expected to be 103!

Rainfall will continue on Friday and into the night. The highs today will be 87, with an overnight low of 77. Winds are out of the east, driving most of the rain, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

The wind gusts will continue on Saturday, with thunderstorms possible after 9:00 a.m. Partly sunny with a high near 89 and 76 degrees for the overnight low. Please stay hydrated!

Rain continues into Sunday with a high reaching 89. The overnight low will be 75 degrees.

We have Tropical Storm Ida moving over Cuba and into the Gulf of Mexico this weekend. Ida will be a major hurricane as it heads for Louisiana.

Rain is also expected on Monday and Tuesday, but the forecast can change. We’ll have another weather forecast published by Monday to talk about next week.
