We don’t see much rain in the forecast this weekend, but there will be windy conditions in Sebastian, Florida.
The forecast for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are pretty much the same. The highs will be near 85 degrees with overnight lows near 77. The skies will be partly cloudy.
We can expect a few showers on and off, but not enough to cancel your weekend plans.
Unfortunately for boaters, the seas a rough. It might not be a good weekend for the sandbar, but there is still plenty of things to do around town.
There is also a high surf advisory for Sebastian that will last until Saturday at 4:00 p.m.
Sebastian will have wind gusts as high as 25 to 30 mph from Thursday into Sunday.
We are monitoring Tropical Storm Jerry in the tropics, which is not expected to be a threat to Sebastian at this time. The storm is expected to turn north Saturday. Once Jerry makes the turn, it should move farther away from Florida.
There are two other small tropical disturbances, but they are expected to dissipate within the next 48 hours.
It should be a great weekend to watch live entertainment at Earl’s Hideaway Lounge on Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
