There’s no rain in our forecast this weekend, but very windy conditions with a Fire Weather Watch in effect until Saturday night. Temperatures are cooler than usual.
“A Fire Weather Watch means that critical fire weather conditions are forecast to occur. Listen for later forecasts and possible Red Flag Warnings,” the National Weather Service said in a statement.
Friday and Saturday will be mostly cloudy, with highs near 78 degrees and overnight lows near 47. It will be cooler until Monday, with winds out of the northwest at 15 to 20 mph and gusts as high as 25 mph.
Sunday will be the coldest day of the weekend, with a high near 72 degrees and an overnight low of 57 under clear skies. Winds will change and come out of the northeast at 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
It’s still too early for Monday’s forecast, so we’ll have another weather update on Sunday.
Overall, a great weekend is coming up, just a bit windy with cooler temperatures. Make sure you take a jacket if you plan to be out watching live entertainment or dining near the waterfront.
Also, don’t forget the weekend entertainment in Sebastian.
Have a great weekend!
