A few more days of beautiful weather before some expected rain on Monday in Sebastian, Florida. Despite some rain, we expect the same temperatures for next week.
Monday is a holiday, so city, state, and federal offices are closed in observance of Columbus Day. However, most local businesses will be open in Sebastian.
Temperatures this weekend and next week will be near 84 degrees, with overnight lows near 73. Winds will be out of the northeast at 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
There will be some showers on Sunday, and the rain chances will increase Monday through Friday next week. It’s that time of year.
For the tropics, Tropical Storm Julia is expected to strengthen into a hurricane as it continues to move west toward Mexico. However, there’s no threat of a tropical storm or hurricane in Sebastian. Julia will dissipate within the next three days.
The rest of the tropics in the Atlantic are quiet. The Atlantic Hurricane Season ends on November 30, 2022.
