Sebastian News: Man Loves Fishing, County Votes Against Mask Mandate, COVID-19

It’s 89 degrees and partly cloudy in Sebastian. Tonight’s low will be 74. The rain chance is dropping until Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Highs near 90, overnight low near 76.

In this newscast we talk about Dan Higgins, an 81-years-old man who loves fishing. He owns the boat called “Mistress” parked at the marina near Outriggers.

Indian River County voted 3-2 against a countywide mask mandate on Tuesday, July 14, 2020. If passed, it would have required everyone to wear a face-covering where social distancing is not possible, in all businesses and buildings throughout Indian River County.

Florida is now the epicenter for COVID-19 and things are looking more serious than ever.
