On Monday, we went to Boathouse Pub in Grant to try out their taco special and $3 margaritas. The air in the Boathouse Pub is so much cleaner now that they have become a smoke-free establishment.

The $3 Margaritas they have on Monday’s are excellent; the bartender even asked if it needed to be sweeter, or sourer, which I thought was great. They made sure everyone enjoyed the best margarita possible. I’m not sure what tequila they used, but it was delicious. They called it their “house tequila.”
On this day, they had a Taco Special. We chose one chicken taco plate and one beef taco plate for $6.95 each. You can also get three Mahi tacos for $9.95. When the special is available.
Both the chicken and beef tacos were delicious. They were filled with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and black olives. On the side were jalapenos, salsa, and sour cream.
The tortilla tasted fresh as well as the ingredients in the taco. They were paired well with the $3 margarita special. Overall, we recommend the Boathouse Pub. The service is great; we never had to wait for anything.
Please keep in mind that they don’t have the tacos on their menu, they offer them as a special. If you’re interested in trying the tacos, we suggest you call and ask when they’ll have them again. They can be reached at 321-802-9291.
Additionally, they offer free pool on Mondays and live entertainment on the weekends. The owners are super friendly and there most of the time.
Boathouse Pub is located at 5170 South U.S. Highway 1 in Grant. It’s across the street from The Old Fish House. You can’t miss the blue sign out front.
