Griffen Gerald Brogdon, 83, Vero Beach – Obituary


VERO BEACH – Griffen Gerald Brogdon, 83, of Vero Beach, died in Woodstock, Ga., on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, after an extended illness.

Gerry was born Dec. 22, 1934, in Atlanta, Ga. He lived in Atlanta, before settling in Vero Beach in the 1990s.

He was a successful businessman working in real estate and antique restorations.

Survivors include his many friends in The Island Club, Vero Beach.

Gerry was preceded in death by his partner of 56 years, Bobby Dameron; and his parents, Griffen and Helen Marie Brogdon.
