There are now free monoclonal antibody treatment sites near Sebastian for people who have been exposed or have COVID-19. The treatment can prevent hospitalization or death in high-risk patients with COVID-19.

The monoclonal antibody treatment is available for anyone at least 12 years old who has contracted or been exposed to COVID-19 and is at high risk for severe illness. This treatment showed a 70% reduction in hospitalization and deaths during clinical trials.

High-risk patients who have been exposed to COVID-19 can receive temporary immunity with this treatment to decrease their odds of catching the infection by more than 80%. Treatment is free, and vaccination status does not matter.
