SEBASTIAN — A pedestrian suffered potentially life-threatening injuries Tuesday night after being struck in a crosswalk at U.S. 1 and Main Street, Sebastian police said.
Officers responding to the crash found a white man lying in the roadway. The vehicle that hit him fled the scene.
Police described the suspect vehicle as a light-colored SUV last seen about 9 p.m. Tuesday in the area of the crash.
