A man was detained by the Sebastian Police Department Thursday afternoon at the cemetery across from Walmart.
“The subject fired a BB gun before causing a disturbance at Murphy’s (Walmart gas station). He then crossed the street and we detained him in the cemetery,” Captain Timothy Wood told Sebastian Daily.
Wood said there were no injuries.
The case is still under investigation.
