There’s been a rumor that Arlo Guthrie is listing his house for sale on Indian River Drive in Roseland.
Guthrie’s home does have a for sale sign on the lot next to it, so we reached out to Francine Kidder-McElhenny of Remax Crown Realty to find out more about it.
Kidder-McElhenny said Guthrie appears to be downsizing and is selling 2.3 acres of land next to him and across the street. The price for the vacant lots is $699,000.
In the picture above, the vacant lot in the yellow is for sale.
Guthrie’s home is actually in Roseland, and he calls it The CrabHouse. He loves the river and takes photos while enjoying his coffee in the mornings.
Guthrie is still on his “Alice’s Restaurant Tour” in the northeast through May 2020.
