Thunderstorms this weekend in Sebastian, Florida.
Thunderstorms this weekend in Sebastian, Florida.

We don’t think it’s going to rain all weekend, but there will be a couple of fast-moving thunderstorms. Overall, we can expect some rain throughout the weekend.

Typical Sebastian weather: One minute there’s thunderstorms, the next minute will be sunny.

There will be a shower or two Friday afternoon, but nothing major. These showers will be moving out rather quickly. There will be a high near 85 degrees and an overnight low near 75.

Saturday and Sunday will be much of the same as the rain chance increases to 70 percent. Expect thunderstorms in Sebastian after 1:00 p.m. Saturday and 9:00 a.m. on Sunday. The high will reach 88 degrees and an overnight low near 75.

Take your umbrellas because this rain will be on and off. It should decrease by Monday morning.

There’s no reason to cancel your weekend plans if you can deal with intermittent rain. If you’re boating, please make sure you move inland when these afternoon thunderstorms approach Sebastian.

Have a great weekend!
