Dawn Biehl of Tiki Bar & Grill talks about the new mural that compliments Sebastian. It’s the second mural as part of a program approved by the City of Sebastian.

The mural also features Mel Fisher, the famous treasure hunter, and Paul Kroegel, who helped establish Pelican Island as a bird sanctuary in Florida. Kroegel was also the first game warden and first refuge manage.
