Motorcycle Accident in Sebastian, Driver in Hospital

Motorcycle accident in Sebastian, just south of Main Street.

SEBASTIAN – A motorcyclist was in an accident on U.S. Highway 1 on Wednesday, according to Police Commander John Blackledge.

The driver is now at Holmes Regional. It was a single-vehicle accident, involving the motorcycle, according Blackledge.

A witness said the driver lost control and wrecked on the wet pavement just south of Main Street.

The driver’s name is AJ Gatlin and he is expected to recover, according to a family member.
