Barber Street Railroad Crossings Now Open, Main Street Closure Postponed

A few minutes ago, Brightline reopened Barber Street with work finished ahead of schedule. The closure involved updating the railroad crossing.

Also, the railroad closure for Main Street has been postponed, and it may be until late summer before we know when work will start.

Because of track switching and realigning the tracks, Main Street is a little more complicated. Officials for the City of Sebastian thank all residents for their patience.

Sebastian Daily will continue to update you about the road closures.
