SEBASTIAN – Wasabi Sebastian is an authentic Thai sushi restaurant with a great menu that has always been one of my favorites in Florida. It’s true Japanese Cuisine and perfect for lunch or dinner.
Some of the Wasabi sushi and Thai items remind me of the Kata menu in Downtown Vero Beach, but with its own unique blend of sesame salad dressing and soups.
For us, Wasabi has always been the best restaurant to have sushi in Sebastian, Florida.
For lunch, our group had the Cashew Nut Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice, Seared Tuna salad, and a Spicey Tuna Roll. All meals were satisfactory.
For our lunch, we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. That’s why we feel Wasabi is one of the best places to eat for people who work during the week. Most employees only have a 1-hour lunch break, making this an ideal place.
And if you don’t want to have sushi, you can choose chicken and rice or something else. There’s plenty of options to choose from.
Wasabi serves beer and wine, and Japanese sake. There’s another menu with a full list of wines and beer available.
The staff is very friendly and courteous. The service is always fast and responsive. However, expect a few delays when visiting the Wasabi restaurant on Friday or Saturday nights.
Another thing we noticed are the take-out orders. We watched people coming in every 5 to 10 minutes to pick up a to-go order. So, if you want something to take home, Wasabi is another great choice.
