We recently visited Moe’s Deli of Sebastian after they conducted soft opening. So far things seem to be running pretty smoothly for the newly opened Sebastian deli.
Living in Sebastian for the last 38 years, I tend to get pretty excited when new businesses open, especially a small family-owned and operated business.
My husband and I went in on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, for lunch, after hitting the gym. We thought it would be best to get a couple of sandwiches to go.
We choose to order two completely different subs and split them, so we could both see what we liked the best.
We ordered Moe’s Original Italian Classic, which comes with genoa salami, pepperoni, prosciutto, ham cappy, provolone cheese, roasted peppers, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. We both enjoyed the Italian. The bread is freshly baked, and you can’t go wrong with Boar’s Head deli meats & cheeses.
Next, we selected Moe’s Original Philly Cheese Steak. Their Philly came with grilled Boar’s Head roast beef, melted mozzarella cheese, and grilled onions and peppers. We both enjoyed Moe’s Original Philly Cheese Steak the best.
For this only being their soft opening, we were pleasantly pleased with how fast they were able to have our food ready. Our wait time was approximately 5-8 minutes. The staff was also very friendly.
I was excited to see that they serve more than just deli sandwiches. Nothing against sandwiches, but it is nice to have more options.
Their menu offers Breakfast on a Roll, Breakfast Platters, Moe’s Originals, Special Sandwiches, Wraps, Baskets, Moe’s Famous Half Pound Hamburgers, Fresh Made Salads, and Homemade Side Salads.
They also offer catering for meeting and events, and free delivery with a minimum $10 order.
Sebastian Daily would like to welcome Moe’s Deli to the community. We will be visiting again soon; that half-pound mushroom and Swiss burger is calling my name.
