SEBASTIAN – Live music does exist on Monday nights in Sebastian, at the Tiki Bar & Grill in the form of Open Jam Night.
It’s a popular jam session allows locals to play with other professional artists here in Sebastian.
We were very impressed with the talent as locals performed songs by Joe Crocker and the Rolling Stones. There was also some country music in there too. The jam session offered a wide variety.
“It’s not like an open mic night. People who want to sing and play can sign up on the list to participate,” Lee Miller told Sebastian Daily.
Miller is the bass player for Tumbleweed, along with guitarist Dave Scott who is also involved in the Open Jam Night jam sessions on Mondays.
“Lee Miller and Dave Scott have really put something dynamic in place. The Jam Night is attracting incredible talent. Musicians are networking, and new collaborations are being created. I have musicians meet me out and about and ask about the Jam Night and how to participate. The word is really spreading,” John Campbell, owner of Tiki Bar & Grill, told Sebastian Daily.
The dance floor was packed, and it looked like a Saturday night at the Tiki Bar & Grill.
The Open Jam with Dave and Lee begins at 6:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. on Monday nights.
