VERO BEACH – Floatzilla in Vero Beach has canceled their event for Saturday due to weather concerns, according to the event organizer.

“We’re moving the date back due to wind/weather concerns. This was a group decision between the Lifeguard Association and many other entities,” Floatzilla said in a statement.

However, the after party/backup plan is in effect, which means Saturday’s festivities will be transferred to Waldo’s Bar & Grill in Vero Beach.

The new date for Floatzilla Vero Beach is June 15th. They need at least 950 people to come close to the current record.
