SEBASTIAN – There will be a candlelight vigil for Kamaree Jevon Lyons, 17, on Thursday, September 20th, starting at 8:15 p.m. at the Sebastian River High School football stadium.
Kamaree Lyons collapsed at the SRHS gym around 7:00 pm on Saturday. He was still breathing when emergency responders arrived. However, he passed away later that night after he was transported to the Sebastian River Medical Center.
It is unknown if the student-athlete had any prior medical conditions. An autopsy is expected to be performed.
The loss of this young man has hit this community hard.
